Information we collect
When you request service, we collect the contact, property, system and scheduling information you provide. This can include your name, phone number, email address, service address, requested services, system details, access instructions and notes.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, confirm service scope and pricing, schedule and perform service, maintain property service records, send seasonal reminders and improve Oakwell’s operations.
Service providers
Oakwell may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers and subcontractors involved in scheduling, communications, payments or performing the requested work. We do not sell your personal information.
Field technician information
When evaluating a potential field technician as an employee or contractor, Oakwell may collect contact information, availability, experience, references, business and insurance records, and limited driving information. Private intake links expire and can be used only once. Intake answers and uploaded business documents are encrypted and access is limited to authorized Oakwell administrators. Social Security numbers, tax forms, I-9 identity documents and banking information are collected separately through Oakwell’s designated payroll or contractor-payment provider.
Retention and choices
We retain service records for legitimate business, tax, insurance and customer-service purposes. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email hello@oakwelloutdoor.com. You may also ask us to stop nonessential seasonal reminders.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We may update this notice as Oakwell’s systems and services evolve.
